Camping with your Firearm/Airgun (California)

For those of you who are wondering if you can camp with your Firearm/Airgun fear no more. I myself was recently wondering about this because i am going on a two day camping trip tomorrow. I did my research and found out this. (Info Provided By California Carry). With or without a CCW you are legally allowed to conceal your unloaded weapon while (Camping) as stated under (Pen . Code, §§ 25605, 26035). Your reason for camping with your Firearm/Airgun is for personal defense. You are not allowed to pull the trigger in a non shooting/hunting zone unless absolutely necessary to protect yourself.
