Legal Conceal carry in (California) without a permit

So this might be the biggest firearm related news california has had in a long time. While I was researching how to get my conceal carry permit I stumbled across this. As we know in california it is extremely hard to get your conceal permit. (CA) Penal code (25400) explains to us the punishments on what would happen if we concealed without a conceal license. But if you look at the (CA) penal code (25640) It says that (25400) does not apply to people with a valid hunting or fishing license. Say you want to conceal your pistol/revolver while fishing it is perfectly legal. And the best part yet it is perfectly legal to conceal while hiking or walking to your fishing area. To double check this law we spoke to the (Mountain View) Police department to clarify and they said yes you are allowed. Keep in mind not all officers will recognize section (25640) so we suggest that you carry a physical copy of the penal code with you located in the link or photo below. Also keep note that this law does not apply to areas with (No Firearms Allowed) Signs. Still have to follow those rules. We hope that this newsletter has made your day even more enjoyable.-Tactical Queens And Kings
